Our KYC process is simple and takes only a few minutes. Go to the KYC page to start the process.
Verification on X1 normally takes under 10 minutes. For compliance purposes, you must pass ID and address verification before you can use X1 funding options and execute trades. Get verified on the KYC page.
Once you complete your verification, your current details will be available on your KYC page. If any of your details change (such as family name, address, occupation), please contact [email protected] within 7 days of the change.

Where can I see how much funds I have?
You can see your fiat and crypto balances in the “Balances” page. From there, you can also deposit and withdraw funds. Your “Available Balance” shows the funds you can currently use.
Where can I find my order and transaction history?
You can find your orders and transaction history in your profile page.
Where can I check current prices?
You can find all crypto prices for the currencies that X1 offers on our “Prices” page.
How to buy/sell crypto?
Go to “Prices”. Then choose the cryptocurrency you want to buy/sell and click on “Trade”. Enter the desired amount, click on buy/sell and confirm your order. Your order will be processed at the exact rate at which you confirmed it, and your available balances updated accordingly.
How can I change my password?
You can change your password through your profile settings. (Your password must be at least 8 characters long and must contain at least one upper and lower case letter, number and special character – for example: $, #, @, !, %, ^, &, *, ), ( )

Which fiat currencies does X1 support?
You can deposit, withdraw, and trade on X1 with EUR. We currently only support SEPA bank transfers, but we are working hard to bring you additional funding options.

The SEPA region consists of 36 European countries, including several countries which are not part of the euro area or the European Union.
