FTX CEO, Sam Bankman-Fried, has announced that tighter stock market regulations will have positive effects for investors. He added that if these programs are implemented properly, they would contribute to a higher return on assets for consumers. He added that stable coins are useful and that banning them would not be good. FTX is also seeking to increase its presence in the non-fungible token (NFT) as exchange managers expose plans to build their own market, competing with OpenSea, the market leader.

The Boston Blockchain Association, or BBA, along with the Boston-based media house Media Shower and the Chamber of Digital Commerce, are working to lobby for favorable crypto rules in Massachusetts. The document aims to guide the country's politicians to pass laws that will benefit the cryptocurrency industry within the British Community. Legal and regulatory sandboxes often provide a suitable environment for start-up crypto companies to start early operations without being burdened by burdensome laws and guidelines. The Brazilian investment bank announced that BTG Pactual plans to launch a blockchain-based investment platform.
